General Policies

 
  • Yes, painting parties make a great gift! Contact us for details on ordering gift certificates.

  • If we have a seat available, we may be able to accommodate. However, there is a limited class size and if the class is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate you. We highly recommend booking in advance to ensure participation.

  • By purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable. However, to ensure the health and safety of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified in advance and refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds if you miss an event.

  • The classes start promptly at the scheduled time. You may still attend but being late may result in an incomplete painting. Please note, we do not offer refunds if you are late for an event.

  • To ensure the safety of our guests, we may decide to cancel a session due to severe weather. If we cancel, we will notify participants in advance and refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • You will be instructed in a supportive and judgment-free environment There will be music, fun, and a good time for all.

  • All you need to bring is your creativity and willingness to have fun. We provide all the art supplies needed to create your masterpiece.

  • Aprons will be provided but dress accordingly. Splatter does happen to the best of us!

  • Everyone is welcome at our painting parties. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.

  • Due to New York State laws and to respect the sponsoring venue, we do not allow any guests to bring their own alcohol.

  • Please refer to the email confirmation sent to you during your class sign up / scheduling for submission instructions.

    If you no longer have that email or are having difficulty, please reach out to us directly for assistance via our contact us page.

  • You still need to bring creativity and willingness to have fun just like our other sessions; however, you will also need to bring with you the same image you submitted to us for canvas preparation as a reference photo to help you in your creation.

    We provide all the other art supplies needed to create your masterpiece.

Virtual Painting Parties

 
  • Please contact us and we’ll work with you to schedule your virtual party.

  • Once an event is booked, we will provide a list of art supplies needed for participants.

  • We conduct virtual events via Zoom. The teacher will provide visual and audio instruction for the class. Participants will need to manage their own set-up to attend.

Private Events

 
  • Please contact us and we’ll work with you to make your event extra special.

  • Due to the nature of preparation and time needed for the organization of private events, we do not offer refunds on booked events.

    However, to ensure the health and safety of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified in advance and refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • If you need to change your date, contact us a minimum of 21 days in advance to discuss options to reschedule. Please be advised, while we will do our best, we may not be able to accommodate rescheduling.
